While initial consultations are conducted virtually, we offer comprehensive on-site evaluations for complex industrial architectures.
Please note that in-person visits are optional and provided at the client's request. All associated travel expenses, including business class airfare, high-standard accommodation, and local transport, are to be covered entirely by the client to facilitate a thorough strategic assessment of the facility and personnel.

Completion Period
Time is a critical resource in the capital equipment industry. Every agreement includes a strictly defined completion period, aligning our transformation efforts with your company’s fiscal cycles and strategic targets.
Refunds and cancellations
Termination and reimbursement protocols are established during the initial contracting phase for each retainer framework. Please note that one-month engagement models are non-refundable and non-cancellable once payment has been processed.
Payment terms
Full remittance is required for one-month and six-month retainers. One-year agreements permit two installments, while multi-year contracts require an annual lump-sum payment. Specific billing protocols are defined in each contract.
