The consultancy works on two phases: Pre-acquisition and post-acquisition.
Prior to the acquisition, the consultancy is sought for technical due diligence of the organisation to be sold. The relation between the financial metrics vs the overall organisational health that should carry the objectives of the management. In simpler terms - is the organisation healthy enough for the promised deliverables and existing customers? A transformation architecture is also delivered where applicable.
In the post-acquisition phase, the transformation architecture delivered earlier is set up as a programme and governed through internal and external collaborations.
